The lake and our facilities

Les Moulins offers a stunning 3-acre private fishing lake, stocked with over 150 carp weighing up to 60lb+. There are no cats or bream here, ensuring a focused fishing holiday in France. We provide all fishing equipment, excluding end tackle, which can be supplied at an additional cost. Check out the images in our gallery. The lake features small cabins that serve as bivvys, along with a cooking and social area. Bait is also available for purchase. Located less than an hour from Limoges airport, we include collection from the airport for up to 4 people.

Our private fishing lake accommodates up to 3 anglers at a time. For a more luxurious experience, we also offer a modern 2-bedroom gîte, featuring a double room, a single room, and a sofa bed in the main living area. Guests can enjoy access to a heated swimming pool and a games room equipped with a pool table and table tennis.

Nestled in the enchanting land of 1000 springs in the Limoges region, Les Moulins is beautifully secluded in nature, yet only 15-20 minutes away from charming French towns. We invite you to come and enjoy luxury fishing in France, paired with an unforgettable holiday experience.

Fully flexible fishing

The main lake spans 2.7 acres, complemented by a 0.3-acre stock pond, making it an ideal spot for a fishing holiday in France. The bottom consists mainly of light silt, with firmer areas available for your convenience. You'll have access to a boat and can bring a bait boat if you prefer. Enjoy full access around the private fishing lake for baiting or stalking. To ensure a premium experience, we rest the lake for 3-6 days between anglers, perfect for those seeking luxury fishing in France. Check out the gallery for images.

How far is the lake from the gite?

The gite is attached to the main house, a private path leads down through the woods to the lake. the lake entrance is 200m from the house, the swims are a further 100m.

Do you have to rent both the lake and the gite?

No, both can be rented separately. See the "Prices" tab for more info

How many people can be accommodated?

The lake can sleep 3 anglers. The gite has a double bed, single bed and double sofa bed.

A total of up to 6 people would be comfortable.
